A&I Invest Holding, founded by the Iraqui Houssaini family in 1986, is an owner of high-quality, global companies.
We have a long-term investment perspective. Through board participation, our industrial experience, network and financial strength, we support our companies to outperform competition and reach their full potential.
A&I Invest oversees diversified business operations active mainly in Industry, Consumer Goods Distribution, Hospitality and Real Estate in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The holding is further strengthened by a dedicated structure supported by a wide-scale on-the-ground presence and management know-how of the territory.
We commit capital to various types of investments, namely growth capital, transmission capital, leveraged buyouts and management buyouts, restructurings as well as growth equity and business formation investments.
