Public Equity Holdings
A&I Invest Holding invests in publicly-traded equity and fixed income securities, and in listed and over-the-counter derivatives that are based upon the price of these assets, commodities, currencies and interest rates. Investments in public markets are the largest component of the A&I Fund. Our public equity disclosure lists include both long and short exposures obtained through derivative instruments in addition to physical holdings to provide a more complete view of our economic exposure to individual company names. We believe that this form of disclosure best reflects the Fund’s true investment position. We disclose our public equity holdings on an annual basis as at fiscal year end.
Private Equity
Private Equity (PE) is responsible for all of A&I Invest holding’ private equity investments globally. By investing in funds, secondaries, and directly in private equity, we seek opportunities to build a global, diversified portfolio that will outperform comparable passive public alternatives over the long term. Our private equity relationships list of fund commitments is updated quarterly, which are published one quarter behind the reporting period. We strive to build better businesses through our global platform, local insights and deep industry expertise.

In developing markets, consumers are also spending more, which raises the call for an expanded supply chain.
Hospitality
The A&I Collection is comprised of a group of unique, luxury hotels and resorts set in iconic destinations. No two are the same, yet they all offer distinct experiences (inspired by the community in which they are located) and unparalleled service in beautifully designed spaces.
Our strategic approach to hotel management is to hold assets long-term and operate assets in which we have ownership – allowing A&I Invest to drive value for investors, build management expertise and be a long-term employer.
Consumer Goods Distribution

In order to offer the most innovative and most accurate products, A&I Invest constantly follows the local conditions and trends in the world and tries to make a difference with the innovations it has created at its R&D Center. We deliver our brands which we produce with advanced technologies in our 32 production facilities in 14 countries.
Real Estate
A&I Invest builds and manages a portfolio of high-quality property investments, which offers stable income streams that rise with inflation over the long term, and asset values that likewise grow over time, that generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.
As such, it provides diversification benefits to the Fund, as it has a relatively low correlation with other asset classes such as public equities and bonds, and helps cushion the Fund against market and business-cycle volatility.
